Dominio de Fontana, Sauvignon Blanc

An incredibly fresh zesty and crisp sauvignon blend from the Uclés region of Spain. You get some grassy and citrus notes and even a bit of fennel when you first stick your nose in and when your taste buds get a go, it’s very refreshing! In the glass you get lots of lemon and lime but again there’s something more complex on the palate. Some intense spicy flavours combine with savoury gooseberry to give a long and satisfying finish.

Food Pairing – seafood is such a winner here. Normally, salads with a vinaigrette are very hard to find a wine for but this is perfect if you like a balsamic glaze on your greens!
