Made in an easy-drinking style, the team of winemakers, headed up by Séverine Lepaul have created this modern, elegant, sparkling wine, which is ideal for any occasion. Grapes from the Loire Valley in Western France are gently picked, de-stemmed and pressed to release the delicate and floral juice within. It is then transferred to temperature-controlled, hermetically sealed tanks, where at low temperatures fermentation begins. This cool fermentation is key to creating a crisp, fruity, and quaffable fizz. The ageing on lees adds a lovely touch of vanilla and biscuit to give it a much more complex flavour than the usual stuff.
