Champagne Collet Brut Rosé NV
The grapes for this Le Collet Brut Rosé come from 20 different Crus from the Grand and Premier Cru sites of the Champagne region so you know you’re getting the good stuff and it’s aged for an impressive 4 years before being released! This rose is definitely on the peachy pink side of things. Not too dry and light in colour but very intense in flavour. There are some serious aromas of mandarin, peach and raspberries here alongside very light creamy bubbles. This creamy texture combined with that raspberry note gives a very tasty eton mess flavour!
Food Pairing – incredible on its own but goes very well with food too. You could go for something like lobster or strawberries but if you’re feeling daring why not try it with parmesan crisps or chicken schnitzel.
