Serodes & Kovač, Amelia Le Blanc

A beautiful blend of Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, this fresh white is brimming with zesty lime, apple, pear and a nutty minerality from the Vermentino grape. The vines overlook the Mediterranean Sea offering a cooling effect, allowing the grapes to grow in a sunny but cool climate – ideal conditions. The different grapes are vinified separately in stainless steel vats to preserve their fruitiness and zing. They are then expertly blended to give us this clean, crisp fruity white.

Food Pairing: White fish, shellfish in a lemon butter sauce or solo as an aperitif.
