Soli White

This white is produced by the same man, Edoardo Miroglio, who makes our best-selling red wine, the Soli Pinot Noir. He’s recently branched out into making whites and we’re so glad he did. This is a field blend of five different varieties that all add something tasty to the finished article.

Plenty of zesty dried pineapple, juicy fresh peaches, ripe passionfruit and a touch of apple blossom make this wine a perfect aperitif for summer sipping, or a match made in heaven for Asian dishes.

Food pairing – the Riesling in this blend adds extra fruitiness which makes it a perfect pairing for Chinese food with a touch of sweetness, such as sweet and sour pork or lemon chicken.
